At present we do not offer telephone support.

Support is offered via our support desk software or via email support at support at attractorgenie.com

We aim to reply to non urgent requests within 4 (working ) hours. The help desk is manned from 8am to 8pm Monday to Saturday. Tickets raised outside these hours should receive a reply within 8 hours.

We should reply to emergencies more quickly.
