How to create personal change with the law of attraction

You cannot change overnight. You give all sorts of alibis to bring about that change within you to improve your lives. But if you only understand and internalize the reason why you need to change for the better then you will be able to do that willingly with all your hearts and bring about a better you.

The process of transforming and growing into a better person involves adapting sounds values, attitudes and behaviors. As part of growing up you realized that you cannot relate with people fairly and therefore you learned to choose your friends who are loyal and nice to you.

Now, if you want to institute internal changes, you have to do the process in reverse. Adapt new behaviors which will develop new attitudes which in turn will create new values.

For example: You decided that you want to devote more time with the family by cutting down your working hours. This is an example of changing your internal culture by starting to change a behavior pattern.

You want to stop working HARDER and begin working SMARTER. You can do this by setting SMART goals that are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-Bound. You will stop working your butt out by setting daily, weekly and monthly attainable goals.

Change now if you can. Don’t be afraid to think out of the box. You may be going out of your comfort zone but that’s temporary and you will be in tune with the world again.
To quote Henry Ford he said:

“If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.”

“Business is never so healthy as when, like a chicken, it must do a certain amount of scratching around for what it gets.”

“I am looking for a lot of men who have an infinite capacity to not know what can’t be done.”

“If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability.”

There are a thousand and one excuses for not going through the necessary changes you want to institute in your life.

One is guilt and worry. We feel guilty about what happened in the past and we worry a lot about the future but both emotions are water under the bridge because we will never be able to undo that past and worrying about the future is exercise in futility. We need to make an action plan to address these two very strong emotions.

Another is blaming and complaining. We tend to blame other people for our failures and we find scapegoats as objects of that failure and we complain just about anything to cover up for our shortcomings.
